I have had a hard life, you know,

It’s been one bad tumble after another.

I remember mama saying that

I must have an inbuilt homing device,

For where there were

Ninety nine good ones and one bad one,

I go straight for the bad one.

So when I set my eyes on you,

I just knew,

You were the one for me.

Your eyes spoke of hidden adventures,

Your skin spoke to mine in tingling sensations,

And I knew I was in for another tumble,

But this time I won’t be alone,

Because we will tumble entangled together,

Down the slippery slope to,

Whatever awaits below.
